Massage Envy - North Carmel Westfield

Had my appt cancelled two times in a row. They won't give my hasband his giftcard money back, yet I can't seem to actually get a massage. Why should I have to keep making appts, rearranging my day, and then have it cancelled an hour before? Over it.
