Firstly. This is not traditional Korean food, it is fusion. Its made quick, and catered to the american palate. You walk in, and there is a toppings bar and you choose what goes onto your bibimbap. Once you have all that prepared, anything else to be hot is cooked to order.
You can tell the ingredients are fresh. The taste is different than what you would expect, but it is well marinated and flavored.
The prices looked a bit much when walking in, but with the amount of food as well as the rich flavor it is almost too cheap.
Well done Omoni!
