went there for the first time with my family for my birthday 8/7/16. We were seating quickly and that was it. No one came over to our table again. They weren't very busy (several empty tables and booths available), the waiter checked on the tables on either side of our booth as well as the other tables around us. I even made eye contact several times to ask for a menu. Our 5 yr old was getting impatient and asking (rather loudly) what was taking so long. Still, NO ONE came over. After sitting there for 20 min, with no menu's, no water, no acknowledgement, we LEFT!! very disappointed.
