Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

My family and I were just at this location. They close at 10 and we got to the drive thru at about 9:57, we waited so I called them directly where I was introduced to the condescending manager named Hannah. She’s said “sorry it’s not my problem” and that they check all cell phones for the times? Why are they on their cell phones and what does that even mean? Even had employees walking out and laughing saying that Hannah wasn’t going to take our order.. this is my first review for any business as I’ve never had an experience this weird before. Definitely will be going in and will talk to her superiors.
