Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've rented from Enterprise before and have had great experiences, but this last visit was horrible. The process was rushed because it was the weekend of the eclipse and only two people were working while it busy. I got a car that was not washed and had some visible damage that was told to the sales rep but ignored and not put in the contract. By the time I received the contract to review the office was closed for the weekend and now they are charging me for those said damages. I will not do business with them anymore!
