Cebollas Mexican Grill

Very flavorful Mexican fare - perhaps a bit too flavorful to be truly authentic though. Very flexible about preparing your dish the way that you like it. I personally prefer green tomatillo sauce on my enchiladas and they had no problem substituting it for the traditional ranchero sauce. The house salsa is a bit on the mild side, but we all appreciated not having the lingering taste of onion in our mouths that so many salsas can leave. The queso dip was delicious, and was a welcome appetizer alongside the chips and salsa. We chose to eat outdoors on the very clean patio which was pleasant other than a few loud cars and trucks motoring by. My only complaint this visit was that we had to wait for another bowl of chips and pitcher of beer - I often feel that this happens a lot at restaurants that offer outdoor seating - inside customers seem to get a bit more attention. We also arrived about 55 minutes before closing time and many employees were working on their closing duties. All in all a great experience. Recommend.
