I have been bringing my dog here for 7 years and have brought other dogs before here. However, this was my first time boarding her and I will never be back. First my husband paid extra to have her put in a run so she would have more room, when he dropped her off he asked to take her back and see where she would be kept. They told him they were too busy for that and he could see when he picked her up. He reluctantly said ok because he knows I have brought her there for years. They called me while I was gone and told me she was having diarrhea which is nice and also not uncommon when a dog is in a new environment. When we picked her up they again refused to let us see where she was staying. They brought her out to us and passed her off, on our way out the door I realized she had wet poop all over her rear end still. We stopped and asked the front desk for some wipes. While we were wiping her down there was poop ground into her tail as well as on her back and legs that was dried. So 1. if my dog was in a run like she was supposed to be how did she end up with poop all over her. Seems to me she was in a small kennel, had an accident and was unable to escape from her poop. 2. Why was she not wiped down. This is no different then sending your child to daycare. If she had an accident clean it up. I will be finding a different vet and a place to board that lets me see where my dog is staying.
