Franciscan Health Outpatient Center Dyer

I wish I could rate them with a zero. Currently still here and it's been easily over 4 hours and at least 3 of those hours I've been sitting in a room waiting for someone. When I first got in the room they were very quick to collect their copay and I haven't seen anyone since. Clearly they are more interested in the money then they are with the patients. They haven't taken my samples to get tested yet considering they have been sitting in front of me for over an hour. The staff is very ignorant when asking them questions. A young lady keeps replying "um okay. Yeah unfortunately you really haven't been waiting long at all." Speaking to me in a tone as if I don't understand her. Well unfortunately young lady, I came here to be helped and me waiting in a room for three hours plus isn't helping anyone. If I wanted to sit in a room all day in pain I would have just stayed home. I wouldn't recommend this "emergency room" To anyone it's a waste of your time, money and the staff is inconsiderate. still waiting...
