Horrible Horrible experience, incomplete obituary posted in the paper for a friend. When I called it to their attention they were aloof and said they would fix it. When they fixed it they put it back on line WITHOUT HIS NAME! When I called back and told them their response was, 'Oh, we'll look at it."' HORRIBLE~!
