Called customer service at corporate office about a product that was defective was told to take the item back to the store for a refund. Went to store would not refund money saying it was past the 30 day return period. Had to call corporate a second time was told I could return item saying with the box saying 100% satisfaction guarantee .Customer service representative said she would send me a replacement in the mail and that the Walgreens store should have refunded my money and they asked for the phone number to the store and said they would call them. The Walgreens store in Greensburg, Ind needs to have better management.
