Having broken the screen on my brand new Moto Z Play, I dropped it off at CPR on Friday, February 2nd and was told it would be "about a week" until it was done.
After 10 days, I called and was given the run around about how "the dumb manager ordered the wrong part," but it would be done in just a few days.
After waiting another week, we called again, and was told it would be another few days.
So, after hearing nothing after four days, we stopped in, and they still had not ordered the replacement screen.
THREE WEEKS.
They had my phone for THREE WEEKS.
So I took it back, and will find a trustworthy repair shop. They have lost my business - there are too many other cell phone places to deal with these crooks.
