I have been to this nursery several times. Every time I'm there everyone is on the move taking care of the plants and their customers. They work very hard to accomplish their goal of makinging sure everyone is given time and not rushed through the process of choosing their plants. They are given information on planting and care. And yes I know of their policies as far as standing by their product. How can anyone be expected to be responsible for another person's work. I don't understand people these days. I was there one day when a lady was returning her mums because they died. The weather was in the 90s ,the plants were still in pots and she only watered them once in 4 days and wanted replacements. Come on. So all I can say is they are really good people who work hard and care about their work and customers.
