DO NOT USE THIS SHOP if you value quality work on your vehicle. I used this location for collision repair on my vehicle and had a terrible experience. The work was done very quickly which alarmed me at first but I was pleased to get my car back so quick. I did the initial inspection with the employee and raised a few concerns which were quickly blown off. I took my car home and noticed several major issues: the paint had a very bad peel effect as compared to the rest of the car, there were 3 paint DRIPS, panel fitment was terrible, they actually broke a few of the fasteners for the front bumper and did not replace them and even damaged a mechanical piece of the car during assembly. I took the vehicle to another body shop and they basically laughed at the work. They said that I should be entitled to a full refund and have the work done someplace else. I left an initial dissatisfactory survey with the company and was immediately called by the Vice President. I attempted to return the phone call several times and never received an additional follow up. The shop called me and told me they would give me an additional quote to fix the damages and never guaranteed they would cover the damages I was addressing. This shop is all about speed and not quality. If you value the appearance and function of your vehicle do not use ABRA.
