I give this company a Zero rating! I can't believe I had to give them even a one star in order to post this.I work for an insurance company and was only trying to help out a mutual client. The customer service experience that I had received from one of their agents was beyond disgrace. The guy couldn't even mute the phone to cough! Just kept coughing in my ear and wouldn't even apologize for it either! I know for future reference with myself and for personal friends I will not use their service and do not recommend them to anyone!
Still on phone with agent and he refuses to transfer to me to a supervisor! Beyond frustrated!
