My tour was scheduled (weeks ago) for August 19 at noon. At 530pm August 18 I get an email saying that the tour has been cancelled. No explanation. Nothing. I call and it is stated that the bus is broken down and irreparable by August 19 but my money will be refunded. I totally understand mechanical issues and this being something that cannot be helped. However, I am highly frustrated that all I received was an email. It would have been much more considerate to call each booking and give them a heads up since it is less than 24 hours notice that the tour had been cancelled. I'm lucky I even checked my email being a Friday night. It all boils down to principle. This situation, to me, was not handled appropriately.
