Chase Bank

Think is a great Chase. We have dealt with Corrie Rosa's every time and she has been spectacular. I highly recommend this branch and especially Corrie. She's professional, knowledgeable and kind.

Atm accept my deposit then said ‘oops there has been a snag’ but did NOT return my cash and the branch personnel are so dismissive. They hound you if you try to actually deposit your money with the teller (2-3 times usually) then the atms are constantly broken. I love chase but this particular branch is awful. 1 star for terrible customer service. Can’t even get anyone to answer the phone and they will not return phone calls. Almost ready to switch banks solely because of this branch since there is not another branch close to me.
