I had Jeff Cox as Dr. - Showed up 11:17 for 11:00 APT - Told to go to urgent care clinic as he wouldn't see me. All I wanted to do was talk to a Dr. and could have done so over the phone. One simple 10 minute conversation about my symptoms. But, no. Told to schedule apt. Cox did not treat me with any patience. Nor will the front desk. Apparently, their lives are perfect. I was treated like a rat to be despised upon showing up 2 minutes beyond their strict cut off time. Nice to know how little this Dr. and clinic cares about your life.
