I brought my cleaning there after my daughter's wedding based on the one good review they had on this site and the fact that they offered a coupon for 20% off.
I'm so sorry I did.
My mother-of-the-bride dress had a top of embroidered silk organza with a few small pearls sewn on every few inches of the design. I was asked to sign a release because of the beading on the dress. I wasn't too concerned if they lost some beads in the cleaning process because I could always replace those.
I picked up the cleaning and wasn't told that there was anything wrong with the dress; it was in the middle of the other items and all were in one bag. When I got home I was shocked to find that all the color had been washed out of the organza and not a single bead was left on it! The embroidery was the only part of the fabric that was as it had been when I dropped it off. It was once black organza with a navy, pink, and light burgundy floral design. What I have now is a sickly grey organza with no color in the floral design.
They had marked it on the ticket as a "plain dress" which it certainly was not. I would not trust them to take care of anything of any value. I'll be finding another dry cleaner.
