Enterprise Rent-A-Car

If i could give half a star I would! This place told us to pick up our vehicle at 4pm n that if they didn't call us then they would have a vehicle. Mind you my husband was depending on the rental to get to work while our vehicle gets work done to it. We never received a call stating there was any issue. So when we arrive at 4pm to pick up this vehicle, they had nothing for us and all enterprises was rented out from south bend to chicago. They never called us or anything. And when asked why they didn't call the lady said she was too busy. Sad u couldn't take 1 minute out of your time to make a phone call. Won't go back there ever again!
