Had a wonderful experience purchasing a Ford escape. Easy going place and didn't feel pressured to buy. Helpful staff that made the loan process simple and smooth. I would definitely come back for another vehicle......now a month later and still having trouble with paperwork. Temp plate expires in 2 days still have no title to be able to go get it fixed (a name is on it that we were told didn't have to be) so I can get my vehicle registered properly. Now I get to pay for a parked vehicle and probably a fine that it wasn't registered in a timely manner. Fill your paperwork out carefully because once it's off the lot they can't help you.
