Texas Roadhouse

Was AWFUL tried 3 different times to get my steak correct it was supposed to be well done. My husband's was wrong too. The bread was the best part and it was burnt. the waitress was fine. This was a discounted meal because the time before was even worse card was tripled charged so they gave us a coupon for a free meal (which wasn't free still had to pay almost 20.00 dollars) and it was the worst food I have even eaten or tried to eat from there. Was there over an hour and half for them to try and get my steak correct. WILL NEVER BE BACK the Texas Roadhouse in Richmond is well worth the drive.
