Absolutely awful customer service by Lisa Probst x4083. We had a conversation about what I was looking for. I send her the specs by email. Next I get an email saying "We will have to no bid this request. We don’t carry this product. ". All we wanted was a simple blank label cut to our specs. When I called to clarify she argued and blamed me for not having what she needed to make an accurate quote. All she had to do was ask. Simply awful!
