Outstanding! Not sure about the experience of the prior reviewer but these guys saved our western trip. Car broke down on Route 80 one day into a three week trip to the Grand Canyon from New York. Managed to get it to Car-X in Portage on a Saturday morning and they quickly diagnosed a loose battery cable and fixed it at no charge. They could not have been more helpful, cooperative or friendly. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Fantastic group of auto specialists who really care about their customers. They certainly could not have treated us any better! Trust us...you won't regret taking your car to Car-X in Portage, IN.
