Despite having directions on file on how to cut my hair and discussing the fact that I only wanted the top trimmed around the edges, operator cut it so short that it can barely lay flat in some areas - some cut shorter that 1/2 inch. I had checked it twice myself during the cut but she had already massacred the back with clippers. I am a professional woman who has to go to work with this horrific cut. This is the first time in my life that I have never tipped someone for their "service." I plan to personally follow up with the manager as soon as possible.
