They do not have a baby changing station in the bathroom! I was not about to use the dirty floor, so I had to ask an employee and when she said no, they didn't have one, I used a fitting room with a bench to change my baby. It's completely crazy to me they don't have one.
The only issue I have had here is when I went to pay with a $10 credit card reward paper and a $30 gift card (ordered online and printed on a piece of paper), the cashier threw away the gift card thinking it was trash. Fortunately I noticed she didn't scan it. I also noticed she didn't give me a survey like she did the customer before me.
BUT, TJ Maxx is one of my favourite stores. They have a variety of different items from clothing, jewelry, makeup, beauty, women's shoes, kitchen, toys, home decor, small furniture, fitness, bath, etc. And it's almost always at a great price. If I need a gift I can stop here. The outside just got a facelift.
