The employees helping are always polite and friendly, but the lines are always long no matter what time of day you come. Not enough people up front and one always seems to be tied up doing passports. If you have the time, no big deal. If you're in a rush, try the eastside or Ellettsville.

They don't even knock the door . The put the notice at mail box. I pick up my stuff the next day in the morning. At afternoon, they gave me another notification that I need to pick up the stuff or return back to the sender. So, it's very obvious that driver didn't carry my stuff and too lazy . They just put the notice at my mail box and hoping that the customer can pick up by them self. Come on,man. Do your job. I have surveillance camera to prove that you never knock the door
