I appreciated that I did not have to be home to get an initial quote for the work. Once the glass came in for my windows the appointment was set up and the work was done quickly. I appreciated how helpful and prompt everyone was with the company.

The lady who answers the phone is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She either needs to be fired or take some customer service lessons.
